The Prakash Spices Sabji Masala is soaked for a good period of 15 to 20 minutes. In a skillet, 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil is added and heated. Cumin is added and friend until the color turns brown. Salt is added followed by the presoaked masala to taste. Later, the boiled or pre-fried vegetables are added along with green chilli and chopped ginger and cooked for a good period of 5 minutes. The chopped coriander leaves are sprinkled and served along with rice, chapati or naan. The Prakash Spices Sabji Masala is a 100% natural and vegetarian product. The Prakash Sabji Masala is made up of turmeric, coriander, asafetida, chilli, dry mango powder, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, mace, big cardamom, dry ginger, bay leaves, rock salt, cardamom and nutmeg. In accordance with the ISO 22000:2005 standards, the masala is made entirely of natural ingredients. The masala is powdered naturally and sold in 50 and 100 gram packets. Available in 100gm packet.
