The Prakash Spices Sabji Masala is soaked for a good period of 15 to 20 minutes. In a skillet, 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil is added and heated. Cumin is added and friend until the color turns brown. Salt is added followed by the presoaked masala to taste. Later, the boiled or pre-fried vegetables are added along with green chilli and chopped ginger and cooked for a good period of 5 minutes.
