A small 25 gram amount of the Prakash Spices Shahi Paneer Masala is soaked for 10 to 15 minutes for a quantity of 500 grams of paneer to make the curry masala. Use a combination of tomato, ginger, green chilli and cashew nut to form a gravy mix. Heat oil in a skillet and gradually add the soaked masala in the oil. Add the gravy mix and roast well for 5 minutes, and followingly, add 500 grams of paneer and vegetables. Stir all the content well in low flame for a period of 10 to 15 minutes and finally, garnish them with coriander leaves for tasteful consumption. The Prakash Shahi Paneer Masala adds extra flavor to the dish prepared.
