As a first step, boil a combination of potatoes and peas and make a mash out of these two contents. Take a skillet filled with oil in medium flame. To the content, add the mashed contents of peas and potatoes with ginger, green chili, salt and paste. Add the Prakash Samosa Alu Chop Masala to taste and roast it well for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the well chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. The prepared masala can be stuffed into the samosa mold or in other eatables such as chapati, chops, potatoes, bread toast etc. Serve the contents well with mint chutney, coriander, tomato sauce or tamarind chutney.
