Prakash Spices Punjabi Cholle Masala is used for Kabuli chana that should be soaked overnight, then boiled and set aside. As an initial step, for a period of 15 to 20 minutes, soak the Punjabi Cholle Masala in the water bath. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the diced onion until golden brown. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes with pre-soaked Prakash Punjabi cholle Masala, salt to taste, along with tomato puree, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Finally the Kabuli chana is cooked for 10 minutes and it can be served with coriander leaves as a garnish. The taste of the entire masala is enhanced by tamarind juice and lime.
