The Prakash Spices Premium Garam Masala is used to prepare the combination of vegetables in either ghee or oil medium. Take 1 tablespoon of Garam Masala and add it to a good 500 grams of vegetables. The vegetables can be made into a dal like stew and stirred well in low flame for a minimum time of 3 minutes. Adding 2 minutes (5 minutes in total) will add more aroma and flavor of the Garam masala to the curry. The masala powder can be used to make kachori, potato vada, samosa and other types of snacks. The Prakash Premium Garam Masala contain no artificial colors or preservatives.

The Prakash Spices Premium Garam Masala is made up of a mixture of cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, cloves, cumin, mace, bay leaves, dry ginger, nutmeg, kababchini, and peepal. The packets containing masala are made up of natural spice ingredients which adhere to the standards of ISO 22000:2005 requirements. The masala is finely powdered and packed well as 50 and 100 gram packets. Available in 100gm packet.
