The Prakash Spices Premium Garam Masala is used to prepare the combination of vegetables in either ghee or oil medium. Take 1 tablespoon of Garam Masala and add it to a good 500 grams of vegetables. The vegetables can be made into a dal like stew and stirred well in low flame for a minimum time of 3 minutes. Adding 2 minutes (5 minutes in total) will add more aroma and flavor of the Garam masala to the curry. The masala powder can be used to make kachori, potato vada, samosa and other types of snacks. The Prakash Premium Garam Masala contain no artificial colors or preservatives.
