In a pan, heat the oil and stir in the onions continuously until they are slightly brown or golden. Stir in the garlic, ginger, and asafetida until the onions are golden brown. Toss in the tomato puree and green chilli, stirring continuously for 3-5 minutes. Stir in salt, turmeric, black pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, and Prakash Spices Kitchen King spices masala for 30 seconds. Stir in the potatoes, peas, and paneer for 2 minutes. Stir in one cup of water thoroughly. Cook, covered, for 10-15 minutes (until potatoes are tender), stir regularly to prevent food from sticking to the pan’s bottom. Serve with coriander leaves as a garnish. Serve with basmati rice, roti, or naan on the side. No doubt the Prakash Kitchen King Masala will be adding more taste to the dish.
