For making Prakash Khatta Dhokla Mix you just need to follow some simple steps to make this dish. Empty the packet in a bowl (except the small packet), mix with 250 ml of water, 25 ml refined oil, ginger, green chilli paste and 100gm. Sour yoghurt. Leave the batter for 20 minutes. Apply oil to a deep, flat-bottomed stainless steel vessel (like a cake pan) that fits into your pressure cooker. Pour some water into the cooker and let it boil. Once the water boils up, add the small packet to the batter and whip it up. Pour it into the prepared vessel to half the height. Place it into the cooker and let it steam for about 25 minutes. Do not put the whistle on the cooker (just like idlis). Let the Khatta Dhokla cool down and then transfer it to a plate and cut into large square pieces. For the garnish heat up some oil and mustard seeds. After they splutter add chopped green chilies and curry leaves and spread it over the prepared Khatta dhokla. Top it with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut. Serve with Prakash Pudina Chutney.
