You just need to perform some simple steps to prepare this sweet dish. Take 1 measure of Prakash Jalebi Mix and 1 measure of water to make a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the squeezer. Heat edible vegetable oil or ghee in a shallow pan. Squeeze the batter in round circles to make Jalebi shape. Deep fry on medium flame until they are golden and crisp. Immerse Jalebi in warm sugar syrup for 1 minute and serve hot. Dissolve 500gm sugar in 200ml of water and heat for 5 minutes. Add saffron, rose water and saffron color to get the mouth-watering taste to make the sugar syrup. Now your sweet dish will be ready.
