Collect a good amount of vegetables to be used for preparation in a pan with oil or ghee. Add one teaspoon of Prakash Spices Garam Masala to half a kilogram of vegetables or 1 liter of ready dal that can be stirred in low flame for a small period of time as minimum as 3 minutes. The aroma and flavor of the garam masala is retained with dal or vegetables covered for a period of at least 5 minutes. The cooked masala can be used for preparation of a variety of snacks such as potato vada, samosa and kachori. The Prakash Garam Masala is made up of all organic and natural products. In the making of Prakash Garam Masala no chemical ingredients or flavoring agents are used.
