The Prakash fish curry masala is blend of haldi, chili, jeera, black salt, saunf, laung, turmeric, coriander, dry ginger powder, chilli, green chilli, cassia, black cardamom, clove, black pepper, kababchini, nutmeg, mace, rose petals, cumin, cinnamon, aniseeds, asafetida,  cardamom, dalchini, badiyan, dalchini, malic acid, tomato, ajinomoto, methi patta, garlic, javitri, salt. The mixture is well naturally prepared and qualitative under the ISO 22000:2005 HACCP standards. The blend mixture is powdered and sold as 50 gram packets to make the gravy. The Curry Masala or gravy is prepared by the following procedure. For 15 minutes, marinate the fish in salt and turmeric powder. Drain and set aside the fish pieces after shallow frying them. Mix together the onion, garlic, and green chilies in a blender. Heat the oil, then add the paste and cook until the oil separates. Fry until the oil starts to float on top, then add the tomatoes and PRAKASH FISH CURRY MASALA. Add the salt and water as needed. To make the gravy, bring it to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes after adding the fish slices. The gravy is finally garnished with chopped coriander leaves
