The Prakash Egg Curry Masala powder is a mixture of red chili, green chili, turmeric, jeera, dalchini, javitri, black salt, and malic acid. The spice mixture is naturally prepared and well qualitative under ISO 22000:2005 HACCP standards. The spice mix is sold in the form of a complete 50 gram packet to prepare the gravy. To prepare the curry, a small amount of oil is put in a deep pan to sauté onions until they turn golden in color. Followingly, a mixture of chilies and tomatoes is grinded to make a paste and added to the pan followed by ginger and garlic paste.
Prakash Egg Curry Masala
The Prakash Spices Egg Curry Masala is added to this mixture along with two cups of warm water and brought to be boiled under medium flame. Parallelly, the full boiled eggs are cut in the middle into two halves and then added gently to the gravy. The salt is finally added for a period of 10 minutes until the gravy thickens and it is reduced to at least three quarters of its original size. When serving, the gravy is well mixed and served with chopped coriander leaves. Available in 50gm packet.
