The Prakash Egg Curry Masala powder is a mixture of red chili, green chili, turmeric, jeera, dalchini, javitri, black salt, and malic acid. The spice mixture is naturally prepared and well qualitative under ISO 22000:2005 HACCP standards. The spice mix is sold in the form of a complete 50 gram packet to prepare the gravy. To prepare the curry, a small amount of oil is put in a deep pan to sauté onions until they turn golden in color. Followingly, a mixture of chilies and tomatoes is grinded to make a paste and added to the pan followed by ginger and garlic paste.
