A pan is taken with a good amount of oil and heated. Boiled potatoes are softened and tendered well enough to be mashed and added to the pan. The Prakash Spices Dabeli Masala is seasoned to the mixture with little amount of water and salt to taste. The mixture is now cooked well for 10 minutes and then removed from the flame to be spread into a mixture kind on a plate. The coriander leaves are well chopped and sprinkled with grated coconut and pomegranate at the top. The pav bun is taken and split into two halves. One tablespoon of garlic chutney and half a teaspoon of meethi chutney (made from khajur and imli mixture) is applied on the inside portions of the pav. Two tablespoons of Dabeli mixture is stuffed into them and topped finally with a tablespoon of masala peanuts, chopped onion and bhujia. Finally, before serving, each Dabeli is cooked in a hot tawa pana for a minute using a little butter.
